Work isn’t just changing.  We’re rebuilding it in real time.

AI is reshaping jobs, workflows, and organizations. Expectations of leaders are shifting. Careers are being rewritten. Traditional assumptions about where, how and why we work are being challenged.

The question is no longer whether work will transform; it’s how we choose to architect how work gets done in a way that serves both the business and the people that drive it.

At Transform 2027, the people guiding the evolution of work will come together to discuss what comes next: how we rethink work around what people do best, create cultures and careers worth investing in, turn new technology into real performance, and build organizations equipped for what’s ahead. Because the future of work isn’t something that simply happens to us. It is being designed by us.

The Questions We’ll Explore…

These aren’t questions with simple answers. They’re the open questions worth coming together to explore. Across 150+ sessions, we’ll exchange learnings, challenge assumptions, and explore the possibilities together.

01

What is HR becoming? And what does it need to be?

As work changes, so does the mandate of HR. The profession is being reshaped by technology, new business demands, and a changing workforce. Where should HR lead? What capabilities will the next generation of people leaders need? And how must the profession itself evolve to help shape what comes next?

02

What are we designing work for?

Efficiency? Productivity? Innovation? Meaning? Growth? Ideally, all of the above, but optimizing for one can come at the expense of another. The choices leaders make now will shape both how people experience work and what businesses are able to achieve. What does it take to design work that delivers on both?

03

What should people actually be doing now?

As AI takes on more tasks, the bigger question isn’t simply what technology can do; it’s how work itself should be redesigned around what people can do best. Which roles, skills, and capabilities become more important? What should we automate, augment, or reinvent? And what does the new division of work look like across the organization?

04

What kind of leadership does this new era demand?

You can deploy new technology faster than you can build trust. You can change an operating model faster than you can change a culture. What do leaders need to do differently when transformation is constant and people are being asked to navigate unprecedented levels of change?

05

What does a career look like when the old pathways disappear?

The corporate ladder was built for a different era. Skills are changing faster, roles are being reinvented, and the entry points that once launched careers are beginning to shift or disappear. How do we rethink recruiting, learning, mobility and opportunity when the path forward is no longer linear? And what responsibility do organizations have to create new pathways when technology eliminates the old ones?

06

What makes an organization worth choosing?

Compensation matters. But so do trust, culture, belonging, flexibility, opportunity, purpose, and the quality of the work itself. As expectations between people and employers continue to shift, what separates an organization people genuinely want to join, stay with, and give their best to, from those they simply tolerate until something better comes along? And once you’ve created that kind of organization, how do you sustain it?

07

What powers performance over time?

Productivity that exhausts people is not a strategy. Growth that burns out the people driving it does not last. The real test of performance is whether it can be sustained. What are the organizations performing at a high level over time doing differently when it comes to wellbeing, capacity, total rewards, and the conditions that allow people to thrive?

08

How do we know what’s working?

Organizations are investing in AI, technology, and new ways of working with the promise of doing more, moving faster, and operating smarter. But what’s delivering real results? What does meaningful ROI look like today? How should we measure progress when the outcomes aren’t always immediate or easy to quantify? And when results don’t add up, who is accountable?

“It’s the energy. You meet people from many different backgrounds, walks of life, and there’s this common thread … the energy manifests itself in people who want to progress and want to do better.”
